1. Who We Are

SocialReel LLC (“SocialReel”) provides AI-assisted social media automation for real estate professionals. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, brokerage.
• Connected-platform tokens (stored encrypted) for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
• MLS credentials (stored encrypted) and listing data.
• Optional voice samples and avatar training media used to create voice clones and avatars. We treat voiceprints and facial geometry as biometric data and process them only with your explicit consent.
• Usage and billing data.

3. How We Use It

To operate the service — generate and publish content on your behalf, authenticate you, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Service Providers

We share data with processors who help us run the service, including AWS (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI text), ElevenLabs (voice), HeyGen (avatar), and our social posting partner. Each processes data on our behalf under contract.

5. Biometric Data

Where you enable voice cloning or avatar features, we collect and store a voiceprint and/or facial-geometry data solely to render your content. We retain it only while your account uses the feature and delete it on request or when you cancel. We do not sell or trade biometric data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, California CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@socialreel.ai to make a request.

7. Data Security & Retention

We encrypt credentials and tokens at rest and retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
