Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

SocialReel LLC (“SocialReel”) provides AI-assisted social media automation for real estate professionals. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, brokerage, and professional license information.
• Connected-platform tokens (stored encrypted) for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, plus the connected page/profile identifiers and post performance metrics we retrieve.
• MLS/listing credentials (stored encrypted) and listing data you import or connect.
• Content you create, upload, or that we generate for you — captions, photos, video, schedules.
• Optional voice samples (and, if ever enabled, avatar training media) used to create voice clones. We treat voiceprints and facial geometry as biometric data and process them only with your explicit, separate consent.
• Usage, device, and billing data (billing/payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us).

3. How We Use It

To operate the service — generate and publish content on your behalf, authenticate you, verify professional licensing, run compliance checks, process payments, provide support, secure the service, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train third-party foundation models. AI providers process your prompts and content only to return output to us.

4. Service Providers We Share With

We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract, only to run the service:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, storage, email.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Anthropic (and, for some features, OpenAI) — AI text generation.
• ElevenLabs — voice/text-to-speech and, where you enable it, voice cloning.
• fal.ai — AI cinematic video generation.
• Ayrshare — the relay used to publish to some social platforms on your behalf.
• Scrapfly — retrieving public listing/community data you request.
• Cloudinary — media storage and delivery.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety, and in a merger or acquisition (with notice where required).

5. Biometric Data (Voice/Avatar)

Voice cloning is off by default. If you enable it, we collect and store a voiceprint solely to render your content, only after you give explicit written consent (we record the consent text, version, timestamp, and IP). We do not sell, lease, or trade biometric data. We retain it only while your account uses the feature and permanently destroy it on request, when you disable the feature, or when you cancel — and no later than any period required by applicable biometric-privacy law (such as Illinois BIPA and Texas CUBI). The feature is unavailable where prohibited by law.

6. Data Security & Retention

We encrypt platform tokens and credentials at rest and use access controls and other safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it — except where we must keep certain records (for example, billing/tax) to meet legal obligations. Account deletion follows a 30-day grace period; see Data Deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, California CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may request access to, correction of, a portable copy of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of certain processing. You can export or delete your data in-app, or email privacy@socialreel.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. California & State Rights; “Do Not Sell”

We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process sensitive personal information (including biometric data) for purposes other than providing the service you requested. You may still submit access, deletion, and correction requests at the contact above, and you may use an authorized agent.

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the app may not function without the essential ones.

10. Children

SocialReel is for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (email or in-app) and update the effective date above.
