Terms of Service
Effective July 9, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SocialReel platform operated by SocialReel LLC (“SocialReel,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and DMCA Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you accept on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
SocialReel generates, schedules, and — where you enable automation — publishes social media content on your behalf to platforms you connect (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok). You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for your content settings, and for reviewing what is scheduled or auto-posted. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Some features (license verification, MLS/listing import, revenue-share) require accurate professional information, and you agree to provide and maintain it.
4. Your Content & Listings
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to the listings, photographs, descriptions, voice samples, and other materials you provide or connect to SocialReel, and that posting them does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights. You are solely responsible for compliance with your MLS rules, brokerage and franchise policies, and real estate advertising laws — including Fair Housing (FHA/state) requirements, TREC/state license disclosure rules, and NAR/portal advertising standards. You grant SocialReel a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, adapt, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the service to you (including publishing to the platforms you authorize).
5. Ownership of Generated Content
As between you and SocialReel, and subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the final captions, images, and videos SocialReel generates for you and may use them for your business. SocialReel and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, models, templates, and underlying technology. AI output may not be unique to you and similar output may be generated for others; you are responsible for verifying that generated content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights before it is published.
6. AI-Generated & Synthetic Media
Captions, voiceovers, cinematic video, and avatar features may be produced using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published and for any legally required disclosure of AI-generated or synthetic media (for example, California AB 602/AB 730-style rules) and platform synthetic-media labeling. Voice cloning and other biometric features are enabled only with your separate, explicit consent as described in our Privacy Policy, and are unavailable where prohibited by law.
7. Automated Posting Authorization
When you connect an account and enable posting or autopilot, you authorize SocialReel to publish content to that account on your behalf on the schedule you configure, until you disable it or disconnect the account. You remain responsible for content published through your accounts. You can pause or revoke this authorization at any time in the app or with the connected platform.
8. Platform Terms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Your use of connected platforms is also governed by those platforms’ own terms and policies (including the Meta Platform Terms, TikTok’s terms, and YouTube’s terms). You must comply with them. SocialReel is not responsible for a platform’s acts or omissions, including content rejection, rate limits, account suspension, or changes to or discontinuation of a platform’s API that affect the service.
9. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by law. We may change prices or plans on prospective notice before your next renewal.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not use SocialReel to publish unlawful, discriminatory (including Fair Housing violations), infringing, deceptive, or harassing content; to impersonate others; to send spam; to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service; or to violate the terms of any connected platform. We may remove content or suspend access to protect the service, our users, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SocialReel does not provide legal, compliance, or real-estate advice, and our automated compliance checks are aids, not a guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialReel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, and SocialReel’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify SocialReel from third-party claims and losses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or any platform’s terms — including claims relating to real estate advertising, Fair Housing, license disclosure, intellectual property, or biometric/publicity rights in materials you provide.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law or a platform requirement. On termination your license to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive. Account and data deletion are handled as described in our Data Deletion instructions.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited, the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. (SocialReel may adopt a binding arbitration and class-action-waiver provision; if it does, it will be posted here before it applies to you.)
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
