Terms of Service
Effective May 27, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SocialReel platform operated by SocialReel LLC (“SocialReel,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
SocialReel generates and schedules social media content on your behalf to connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for reviewing your content settings.
3. Your Content & Listings
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to the listings, photographs, descriptions, and other materials you provide or connect to SocialReel, and that posting them does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. You are solely responsible for compliance with your MLS rules, brokerage policies, and real estate advertising laws (including Fair Housing requirements and license disclosure rules).
4. AI-Generated Content
Captions, voice, and avatar features may be generated using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published and for disclosing AI-generated or synthetic media where required by the relevant platform or law.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use SocialReel to publish unlawful, discriminatory, infringing, or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to violate the terms of any connected platform.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialReel’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
