DMCA Policy

Send notices to dmca@socialreel.ai. Our designated DMCA agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office is being completed; the registered agent’s mailing address will be added here once on file.

If you believe content on SocialReel infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice below or email dmca@socialreel.ai. We respond to valid notices and will remove or disable access to the material. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

A valid notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its URL/location on SocialReel.
  3. Your name, address, phone, and email.
  4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@socialreel.ai with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court. We may restore the material as permitted under the DMCA.
